how we process, price, and deliver your order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is 
received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed 
the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States
- Economy: 5–8 business days — $4.99
- Standard: 2–4 business days — $6.99
- Free shipping on all orders $59 and up

Canada
- Economy International: 8-10 business days — $9.99
- Standard International: 5-8 business days — $14.99
- Free shipping on all orders $75 and up

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not order 
date, and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors 
outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number so you can follow your package directly 
through the carrier's site.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us 
at thenovarehouse@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to 
resolve it — we typically respond within 24–48 hours.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders begin 
processing quickly, so there is a limited window to request address 
changes or cancellations — contact us as soon as possible if you 
notice an error.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us right 
away at thenovarehouse@gmail.com. We'll investigate with the carrier 
and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties 
charged by your country on arrival. These are not included in your 
order total and are the customer's responsibility. Check with your
